Community Builder: Esalen Institute

The Beyond Esalen pilot program built the foundation for a network of Beyond Esalen chapters, to increase Esalen’s impact on the lives of alumni and those who can’t access Esalen campus in Big Sur.

Training Specialist/Facilitator: Artech at Google, Mountain View, CA 

• Instructional Design and facilitator for Google's Global Manager Training program
• Facilitated 3-day global training programs for new managers.

• Responsibilities: Facilitation, Classroom management, review course feedback, re-work course materials, set-up post-class email aliases and communications.

• Conducted new hire orientation training.

Producer/Host: Public Access TV Program 

• Developed, hosted, and promoted this weekly TV program, focused on instructional art projects. Received Producer of the Year and Western Alliance of Video Excellence Award.
